Yavapai-Apache Nation community members are invited to a one-hour presentation on youth drug trends from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at the Tunlii Community Center, 1520 E. Cherry Creek Road.
MATFORCE and the YAPD Neighborhood Watch Program will present information about vaping, marijuana and prescription pill abuse. The presentation will also cover warning signs, ways to talk with children and local support resources.
Free NARCAN kits and resources will be provided. The event is open to all YAN community members.
