Tribal membership and other benefits

Enrolled Tribal members may have access to Nation programs and special American Indian healthcare choices. They may also apply for Arizona, Yavapai County, federal and nonprofit programs. Membership does not automatically qualify a household for AHCCCS, SNAP or every other benefit. Each program sets its own income, household, residency and documentation rules.

  • Nation: enrollment-based or Nation-administered services
  • Arizona: AHCCCS, SNAP, Cash Assistance and other state benefits
  • County/local: health clinics, transportation, housing and community programs
  • Federal: Social Security, Medicare, VA and other federal programs
  • Nonprofit: food, transportation, disability, elder and emergency help

This community guide is not an official eligibility decision. Programs, funding and phone numbers can change. Confirm details with the Yavapai-Apache Nation or the agency providing the service.
